Easy 30-Day Returns & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our prime directive at Amaze-Heater LLC. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact Amaze-Heater LLC customer service at 1-800-285-0355 or pete@amazeheaters.com. We will make every effort to make you satisfied with your purchase. If we are not able to do that and you do decide to return the product, it must be done within 30 days of the date of delivery subject to the criteria and exclusions below:

Returns Criteria

1) Amaze-Heater LLC. reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee, in case the return criteria are not met. 2) An RMA number must be acquired for all returns from Amaze-Heater LLC. An RMA number and instructions will then be sent via email within 2 to 3 business days of isuuanceot the RMA number. 3) Any packages sent to Amaze-Heater LLC. must have an RMA number included. Without this, the item cannot be identified and will be promptly returned to the shipper with NO REFUND. 4) Any new and unopened item may be returned to Amaze-Heater LLC within 30 days of receipt of the item for a full product refund. 5) Returns or exchanges of any product after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for the 30 day refund policy. 6) Opened box and used items must be returned in un-altered condition with all packing material and other accessories and the box must be properly taped. Such returns will be charged a restocking fee of 15% to 30% or more depending on condition.7) Any items returned without the packing material and is received in broken condition as a result of this will be discarded and pictures will be sent to customer via email and in such cases, NO REFUND will be issued.

Warranty Repairs

In case of faulty product, Amaze-Heater LLC will repair or replace the item based on our diagnosis of the problem at no cost to the customer.

Theft/Damaged Items

Amaze-Heater is not responsible for any theft after the delivery of the shipment as registered by the carrier. Optionally, customer may request signature delivery during the order process. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise as registered by the carrier.

Non-Returnable Items

All Amaze-Heater panel heaters have a 3 year limited warranty and are non-returnable after this time has elapsed.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning all remorse buy item(s).It is recommended that returns are insured for a minimum of $100 with shipping carrier in order to avoid further fees in the event of damage during shipment.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to your account within 5 days of receipt of the items by our Returns Department. Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account according to the policy as listed above.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so by contacting us by phone or email on that same day of the order. After that, you still may be able to cancel the order but if the order has already shipped, then they will fall under the return policy. Liabilities Amaze-Heater LLC. is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
