1. How do the heaters work?
Our heaters work very similar to a central heating system, it uses the principle of hot air rising, or convection heating. This very economic form of “background” heat creates a comfortable environment in any room.
2. Are our heaters safer to touch?
Our panels have no exposed elements. The fiber-cement has a heat transfer rate that is +/- 40 times slower than a metal surface (low thermal conductivity). If you are to accidentally touch the panel, you will have time to react without getting scalded.
3. Can our heaters be painted?
Our heaters can be painted with water based paint to match your décor / colour scheme.
4. How do we install the heater?
All our heaters come with its own installation kit which includes all the hardware needed for an easy DIY Installation. Required Tools: Drill and a 9mm drill bit.
5. Are our heaters certified?
Our heaters carry all the international safety standard certifications.
6. What is the life expectancy of this product?
If used correctly, this product should last for many years.
7. Is it user friendly?
We try make all our products easy to use. Our wall panel heaters are quick and easy to install. They come with all installation hardware and easy to follow instruction booklet. As well as a 1.5m cord with a country specific plug, making it ready to be plugged in and switched on.
