Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Delivery on weekends and holidays depends on the carrier’s policy. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. During peak holiday seasons, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. The tracking number will be communicated to you and you will be able to track the product within 1-2 days of getting the tracking number. If there is significant delay in receiving the item and tracking shows that the item has been lost or damaged or not shipped, please contact us at pete@amazeheaters.com.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We primarily use UPS as our shipping carrier and may also use Fedex or USPS from time to time. Our product cost includes shipping within the contiguous United States and there is no additional shipping cost.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the contiguous United States.

** Expedited shipping is not offered as an option during checkout but can be arranged if the customer so desires. Please email pete@amazeheaters.com with any such requests and we will get in touch with you right away to inform you the extra cost and then you may choose your option.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Amaze-Heater only ships to addresses within the Contiguous United States. For any other shipping requirements, please email pete@amazeheaters.com with any such requests and we will get in touch with you right away to inform you the extra cost and then you may choose your option.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 1-2 days.

Damages

Amaze-Heater will offer protection against any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at pete@amazeheaters.comimmediately and we will take care of the situation for you.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
